The Staff were all very prepared to go out of their way to help at any point with all my requests or queries, and to resolve any issues. They were also very informative and recommended some good restaurants, not hesitating to book a table for us. In particular, the Duty Manager Anette Bos is absolutely excellent at Guest Liaison and Assistance. She made the difference for my stay as I was unwell. She is one of the best, if not the best Hotel Guest Managers I have come across in my 28 years of travelling. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the water and a lovely square. I also loved the monochrome photos of George Gershwin on the walls. The breakfast is of a high standard with a wide selection of cold and hot.

Lovely place to stay. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The location is perfect, with public transport facilities around 5 minutes walk away and everything you may need is an enjoyable walk away. They have a small self service shop facing the reception where you can pick up snacks, drinks, etc. and self checkout by card. Their pub is nice and their restaurant has a rich & delicious breakfast buffet. Their rooms are comfy & clean. All in all a recommended play to stay.

Staff was very responsive to requests. They even suggested that we join the Hilton club so we could get into our room earlier. They switched rooms for us with no complaint. Room and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety. Zuid train station was convenient within easy walking distance. We were able to easily get into downtown amsterdam which was good because it was cold and raining. Quite a few restaurants within easy walking distance.

The hotel is located very near to the Zuid station. We were allocated a very spacious room on 11th floor. The room was very clean, large clean toilet, lovely furniture, cupboard and other nitty gritty amenities generously supplied. Lovely bar cum restaurant where you can spend hours chatting and gossiping while enjoying your drinks and foods. I am very much pleased and thoroughly enjoyed my stay - it was a quite immersive experience. Cheers!!

Zuid as a location was brilliant, very calm and quiet, a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day sightseeing. Extremely easy transport links via the Metro to Amsterdam Central. The hotel was spotless, incredibly professionally run and the rooms have great views and are extremely comfortable. We found it very good value for money and would definitely return. Breakfast was brilliant and so much lovely food to choose from.
